Así CIRCE ha publicado 10 tesis doctorales, más de 70 artículos científicos, y más de 200 presentaciones en congresos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Asimismo, es responsable organizar el congreso anual de la Sociedad Europea de Cetáceos en 2010 en Cádiz, y el próximo congreso mundial sobre orcas, que se en Tarifa en 2020.
